Academic Project
- REDUCING THE COMPUTATION TIME IN 2’S COMPLEMENT MULTIPLIERS: In normal Multiplication for “n” multiplier bits we get “n” partial product. For Large number of “n” ,the Multiplication Process takes more time. Speed is very less ,area and power consumption increase. Two’s complement n x n multipliers using radix- 4 modified booth encoding produce [N/2] partial products but due to the sign handling , the partial product has a maximum height of [N/2]+1. This technique produces a partial product array with maximum height of [n/2].
